A viewing and visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE 19966. The funeral will be held at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Watson Funeral Home. Cremation will follow.
