RALPH HORACE PARKER's Obituary
Obituary of Mr. Ralph Horace Parker: Ralph Horace Parker, 75, who proudly served his country as a United States Marine, passed away at the Delmar Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on September 6, 2014. Born in Millsboro on November 23, 1938, he was the son of the late Clarence and Elva West Parker. He was a graduate of John M. Clayton High School, and worked as a surveyor for the Delaware Highway Department, and then in Construction for many years. He is survived by his lifelong companion, Dorothy Thomson, and five siblings: Pat Harris; Janet Ware; Dale Parker; Richard Parker; and Jerry Parker. He was preceded in death by five other siblings: Doris Moore; Bette Hedstrom; Joseph Parker; James Parker; and Donald Parker. A graveside service is planned for Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Millsboro Cemetery, on State St. in Millsboro, DE. Electronic condolences to: www.watsonfh.com
