Mr. Richard Givens of Millsboro, DE passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2022, at the Delmar Nursing Home. He was 86 years old.
He was born in Millsboro, DE on March 11, 1935. He was a US Army Veteran who served his country during the Vietnam War.
Inurnment with military honors will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
