ROBERT KENNETH PHILLIPS's Obituary
Robert K. Phillips, 80, of Millsboro, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 13, 2015, at Delaware Hospice. Bob was born in Philadelphia, Pa. To George and Daisey Phillips. He was a navy veteran and retired from Lance after 33 years.
Bob was preceded in death by his best friend and wife of 55 years Barbara, as well as his brothers George, Richard (Dick), and Jack.
He is Survived by sons Greg Phillips of Florida and David Phillips (Susie) of California, grandchildren, Jeremy, Lauren, Jordan, and Kylie. He also leaves behind many extended family members and friends, who will miss him dearly.
A special thanks to his sister-in law, Mary Ellen, his caretaker, for all her dedicated time and patience.
Services will be held on August 20, 2015, at Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St. Millsboro, De. 19966. Visitation will be from 12noon - 1PM, Memorial Service to follow. Committal rites to follow at 2PM at Delaware veterans Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be sent to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, De.
