Sam “Satch”, your laughter will echo in my soul forever and you will remain in my heart right next to our sister and our parents. Trust me, you have left us a legacy from your slogans, mispronunciations, and love of our country. I know that you are out of pain and peaceful; you looked so extra handsome the day that our Lord took you home…you even looked 15 years younger! Melissa will have a video at your Celebration of Life, and I laughed and cried as I pulled out pictures to send her to include in the video….from being on a pony on Chester Street to graduating from John Carroll to growing up in Perry Hall to being on top of a mountain in Colorado! I remember something you told me one Christmas: “how can I help you fix it if you don’t tell me the problem”. Those important words have echoed during my life from time to time and have helped me along the way. Thank you! And I love you.
But all that being written, I miss you so much.
From your sister, Peggie
