A beloved, loving mother and adored, devoted wife, Sandy Lee Hallman, 77, passed away on the morning of Wednesday, June 5th after a brief illness. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Joseph Irwin Hallman, her three sons, J Read Obituary
I'm so sorry for the loss of Sandy Hallman. I've always known her as Aunt Sandy, and have such wonderful memories as a young girl and teenager going to the shore with her, Uncle Joe, Greg and Scott (before Justin was born). She was such a loving, wonderful woman, and I'm so sad that she has been taken way too soon. I know her family and friends will all miss her dearly.

Sandy was such a special person and a great girlfriend to my sister, Carole Tillman. I spent many evenings enjoying the company of Joe and Sandy. She is at peace now in a wonderful place.
Condolences to Scott, Mr. Hallman, and the whole family. Mrs. Hallman was a warm and caring person and when I saw her for the first time in about 30 years last summer, she welcomed me like an old friend.
Our prayers are with Joe and his family. We have lost a wonderful Christian friend. We know she is at peace now in Gods glory. She touched the hearts of all who new her and she will be dearly missed.

Sandy was a wonderful friend, a true blessing to everyone who knew her, and God's gift to her family which she adored. She left this world much to soon, and only God knows the plans He has for us. She will be missed, but we take solace in God's Word knowing she is at peace in her eternal home. Our prayers go out to Joe and her family for comfort and peace during this difficult time
