SARAH EMMA SNOW's Obituary
Sarah E. Snow of Millsboro, DE went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 25, 2014. She was 82 years old. Mrs. Snow was born in Frankford, DE to the late Norman R. and Edith L. Smith McCray. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Jonathan Snow in 1973 as well as six siblings, Elizabeth, Elmer, Norman, Carol, Thomas and Norval. She worked for National Cash Register (NCR) in Millsboro, DE. In addition to working outside the home she was also a homemaker, a wonderful wife and mother of 7 children. She was a member of New Holy Trinity Church of God in Christ in Millsboro, DE. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, George Snow of Millsboro, DE; 7 children, Sarah Bull and husband Bobby of Dagsboro, Stephany Wescott and her husband John of Delmar, Deborah Snead of Millsboro, George Snow, Jr. of Millsboro, Lorraine Victoria Barnetta of Pittsburgh, PA, Valarie Snow of Raleigh, NC; 4 sisters, Alice Hitchens, Agnes Lee, Berta Johnson and Norma Johnson. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A funeral service and celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at the New Holy Trinity COGIC, 1st Street, Millsboro, DE 19966, where friends may call after 11 AM for viewing and visitation. Elder Dexter Taylor will officiate. Burial will be private at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro. Letters of condolence may be emailed via www.watsonfh.com
