Obituary of Mrs. Sheila R. Fleming: Sheila R. Fleming, 47, of Ellendale passed away at home on October 30, 2014. She was born on April 6, 1967 in Milford, DE. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her mother, Betty Loucks, and her step-father, Kenneth Loucks. She is also survived by two sons: William Knowles and Dorian Fleming and extended family members and friends. A memorial service will be held on November 16, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Asbury Church Hall on County Seat Rd. (Rt. 9 West) where family and friends are invited.
