Obituary of Thomas Bradley Phillips, Sr.
Mr. Thomas Bradley Phillips, Sr. of Millsboro, DE passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, DE. He was 55 years old.
Mr. Phillips was born in Seaford, DE to Albert V. Phillips, Sr. and the late Mary A. Smith Phillips. He owned and operated Tile by Tommy Construction. He loved motorcycles, martial arts, and bodybuilding. He was devoted to his family especially his companion and the love of his life Cassandra Webb. Tommy was known to be one of a kind, and a very loyal person. His family meant everything to him.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his companion Cassandra Webb of Millsboro, DE; eight children, Cherise Beers (John), Thomas B. Phillips, II, Dylon Henry Ross Phillips, Cody Douglas Phillips, Harley Shockley, Giovanni Baker, Richard Steele and Kelly Baker. He also leaves behind four sisters, Beverly Wells (Ben), Ellen Smith, Mary Wallace and Anna Rossington (Mark) and one brother, Albert V. Phillips, Jr. (Tammy) as well as numerous grandchildren, extended family and friends.
