Wanda Santarelli's Obituary
On February 16, 2025, Wanda Santarelli passed away in Frankford, Delaware at the age of 85.
Born in Eufaula, Oklahoma, on August 26, 1939, to Elbert and Edna Fairchild, Wanda later moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where she built a life with her husband, Donald Santarelli, of over 50 years. She dedicated 30 years of service to Motorola before retiring.
Wanda had a deep love for dancing and singing, which brought joy to those around her. She also developed a passion for crafting door wreaths and greatly enjoyed teaching others how to make them.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donald, and her daughter Sandra.
She is survived by her son, Nick Santarelli, and his spouse, Brittany, with whom she resided. Her adopted son Johnny O'Donnell and his wife Jackie. Her 7 grandchildren— Andrea, Keirra, Morgan, Kaden, Megan, Kollin, and Jase. Along with her great-grandson Gavin Mitchell. And most importantly her beloved dog Keno. They will forever hold her memory close.
Wanda cherished her daughter-in-law, Brittany, dearly telling everyone she was her angel and often spoke of the care and love she received while living with them. Wanda also deeply valued the friendships she built over the years. Among those she adored were Becky, Curt, Diane, and Jane, who shared in her daily life and will miss her dearly.
Wanda's family would also like to extend heartfelt gratitude to Vita's hospice nurses, Rachel and Christina, whose compassion and support were a great comfort during difficult times and became family to us and always will be.
Per her wishes, all services will be private.
May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her.
