William Brindley's Obituary
William Brindley, born on March 12, 1935, in Philadelphia, PA, passed away peacefully at home in Millsboro, DE, on March 12, 2025, at the age of 90.
He was the son of the late William and Amelia (Cirelli) Brindley. After completing high school, William pursued higher education and earned a bachelor's degree from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA. He went on to have a successful career as an electronic engineer and retired from Deltron as a salesman for power supplies.
Beyond his professional life, William had a deep love for fishing and boating, passions that brought him great joy throughout his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Mary Gross. He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Linda K. (Phillips) Brindley; their children, Stephen Brindley, Michael Brindley (Meg), and Diana Garcia (Frank); six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his brother, Gerald Brindley, as well as many cherished nieces and nephews.
Services will be private. The family appreciates the love and support of all who knew William and asks that his memory be honored in the way he lived—full of love, curiosity, and a passion for life.
