Obituary of Mr. William Harvey Hazzard, Sr.
Mr. William Harvey Hazzard Sr., kindly known as "Billy" of Seaford, DE, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2020. He was 55 years old.
He was born on December 31, 1964 in Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, MD to the late Anne Pollitt DeShields and Harvey Hazzard.
William was employed by Allen Harim in Harbeson, DE for the past eleven years.
He leaves behind his wife Zina Hazzard of Seaford, DE his son, William H. Hazzard, Jr. of Salisbury, MD, two step-children, Damian Johnson of Seaford, DE and Rachel Bratten of Cambridge, MD, two step grandchildren Zalah Mumford of Seaford, DE and Casey Williams of Milford, DE, a brother Keith DeShields of Fruitland, MD and a sister Janet Mollock of Fruitland, MD. William also leaves behind two sisters-in-law Eunice Hopkins of Seaford, DE and Linda Woods (Roland) of Dover, DE, and two brother in laws Rogelio Ochoa of Frankford, DE and Darrell Mumford of Baltimore, MD as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends.
Due to the Coronavirus and the State of Emergency, services will be private at this time. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
