WILLIAM N PINKETT JR.'s Obituary
Mr. William Nadal Pinkett, Jr., age 67, of Washington D. C., passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2016. William was born on June 7, 1948 in Washington D.C. to the late William N. Pinkett, Sr. and Sylvia Davis Pinkett who survives him.
He retired from the D.C. Government where he worked as a Social Worker. William was outgoing, carefree, jubilant, and loved to keep you laughing. He was a motorcycle and sports car enthusiast, especially corvettes and belonged to several car clubs. He organized a circle of friends to meet for breakfast together every 1st Tuesday of the month.
In addition to his mother, Bill is also survived by his aunt and uncle, Dr. and Mrs. Cyril Price, their three children; Uncle Laurence Moore and daughter; first cousin, Ardith Mosely, along with many distant cousins as well as many Washington D.C. area school mates and friends.
A funeral will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE 19966, where a viewing will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation in Williams's memory to Nanticoke Scholarship Fund c/o Nanticoke Indian Center, 27073 John J. Williams Hwy, Millsboro, DE 19966 or to the Christian Storehouse, P.O. Box 239, Millsboro, DE 19966.
