William A. White's Obituary
William A. White, 55, of Millsboro, Delaware, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2025. Born on December 1, 1969, in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Geraldine (Bailey) Brenkman and the late William Augustus White.
Bill spent his early years in Baltimore before moving to Virginia during his teenage years. He later made his home in Hanover, Pennsylvania, where he met the love of his life, Amanda Lawrence. The two married and began a life of adventure together, moving from Pennsylvania to North Carolina and eventually settling in Millsboro, DE, in 2014.
A true workaholic, Bill took immense pride in his work as a carpenter. He had a remarkable talent for building and creating — especially for his family — and found joy in seeing his work come to life. His generosity was unmatched; he was the kind of man who would give the shirt off his back without hesitation. With a big personality, infectious laugh, and a heart full of love, Bill left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He loved animals deeply and had a special bond with them throughout his life.
Bill is survived by his devoted wife of 21 years, Amanda; his loving mother, Geraldine; his children, Brittany Cimiluca (Danny), Nathanial White, and Shyanne White; and his granddaughter, Everly Cimiluca. He is also survived by his sisters, Mary Pultz and Stephanie Agar; two nephews and two nieces; and many friends and extended family who will miss him dearly.
Private services will be held by the family.
In memory of Bill, his family encourages acts of kindness, laughter, and building something meaningful — just as he did every day.
