Mr. Willie F. Harper, ""Lawn Mower Man"", of Millsboro, DE passed away on Monday, February 2, 2015. He was 93 years old. Mr. Harper retired from Melvin Joseph Construction where he worked as a machinery operator. He was a US Army Veteran having served during World War II. A funeral service will be held at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE 19966, where friends may call after 10:00 AM. Apostle Donald Johnson will officiate. Burial with military honors will follow at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro, DE. Letters of condolence may be emailed via www.watsonfh.com
