Yvonnise Ann Bulluck's Obituary
Yvonnise Ann Bulluck entered eternal rest on January 22, 2026, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, Delaware. Born on November 16, 1966, in Lewes, she was the youngest daughter of the late Ella Mae and Villie Floyd Wescott, Sr. Ann was a 1985 graduate of Indian River High School. After welcoming her two daughters into the world, she felt called to intentionally create a life centered on being present for her children. Stepping out in faith, she founded Seeds of Hope Daycare, and for more than 20 years, Ann poured love, prayer, and guidance into the lives of countless children.
Ann accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior early in life. She began her spiritual journey at St. Johns AME in Bishopville, MD, before finding her church home at New Holy Trinity Church of God in Christ in her late teens. For over forty years, she served faithfully—whether leading the Sunshine Band, ushering, singing in the choir, serving on the District Nursing Unit, or supporting the ministry behind the scenes.
Ann had a quiet strength and deep faith. She was known for her humor, her kind ear, and her unwavering devotion to the people she loved. She found her greatest joy in cooking for others and spending time with family. Both strong and nurturing, she knew when to give tough love and when to offer comfort. Creative and adventurous, she loved to travel and cherished taking her daycare children on special outings and trips.
Her life will forever be cherished by her daughters, Asia Bulluck of Randallstown, MD, and India Bulluck of Millsboro, who were her joy and purpose. She is also survived by her siblings: Larry Wescott (Pauline) of Bishopville, MD; Inez Warden of Dagsboro; Katherine Wescott of Selbyville; Villie Wescott, Jr. (Jymayce) of Millsboro; and Troy Wescott (Tamala) of Virginia Beach, VA her Uncle John F. Wescott, Delmar; god-son Garrison Horsey, god-daughter Patrice Horsey, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Drexel Briddell.
