My prayers sincere condolences to Cindy's family: I taught at Central Elementary School in Seaford. Cindy was a very well respected friend and teacher. My daughter, Kristen Conner, was in Cindy's third grade class when she co-taught with Debbie Persinger and they did a great job together.
