David Lisner Jacobs, age 79, passed away at his home in Millsboro on October 31, 2023. He was a Marine Corps veteran, and retiree from the Delaware Department of Corrections. He was affiliated with the Marine Corps League, the Blu Read Obituary
Brother Dave Jacobs was a full member of Fraternal Order of Police Sussex Lodge #2. Dave applied for membership in April 2019. During this time Dave was as active member as much as his health would allow. He enjoyed attending monthly breakfast meetings with our sister Lodge #16. Brother Jacobs will be missed. President Greg Fuller and the other Brothers and Sisters of Lodge's #2 and #16 will miss him.

When I owned the Millsboro Bazaar, David was nice enough to come in occasionally to talk about his grandparents who started the Lisner Jewelry company.
