David L. Jacobs' Obituary
David Lisner Jacobs, age 79, passed away at his home in Millsboro on October 31, 2023. He was a Marine Corps veteran, and retiree from the Delaware Department of Corrections. He was affiliated with the Marine Corps League, the Blue Knights, and the American Legion. Inurnment will be at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, where committal rites and the conferring of Military Honors will take place on December 12, 2023, at 1:00 PM.
