Dennis was a caring, generous, and humorous guy. I truly enjoyed the moments we shared either at work or outside with his beautiful bride, Tracey. The world was a brighter place with Dennis, and he will surely be missed. RIP Dennis
"Night at the Races" was always a good time. Anytime with Dennis and Tracey was a blast. Then add Paul and Evelyn and real trouble begins. You will be missed but always in our hearts. Hang in there Tracey. Remember good times.❤️
Dennis and Tracey were Julia's Sponsor family during her days at the Academy.
In 2018 they visited Seattle and we were blessed to spend a day touring the sights -
University of Washington's Husky Stadium, where we plotted how could we get the Mids to schedule a game against the Huskies and of course the Mids would prevail...
Pike Place Market and the Seattle Waterfront. Dennis of course enjoyed a good cigar while seagulls circled, ferries came and went, and we chatted about Julia and all her 'Mids Siblings'.
We were lucky to be some of the first visitors to the newly-renovated Space Needle Observation deck, Dennis loved the 360 degree views, and the engineering of the 2" thick glass floors that not only showed the gears and motor revolving the floor, but also the 650 foot view straight down to the pavement.
Good times we will always remember and cherish.

Dennis was a good man. He was generous, kind, compassionate, and funny too. Many memories of Navy Football tailgating. He is missed but not forgotten. Rest in peace.
Dennis was such a wonderful guy...kind, generous and a wonderful sense of humor. I have so many happy memories of times at Tour of Champions. Tracey, my heart goes out to you and the family during this difficult time. Huge hugs being sent your way.

I am sadden to hear of the passing of our beloved Dennis. He was a man that enjoyed sharing whatever he could to make others happy. From sharing holiday joy by hosting events to recognize others who supported our department throughout the year; to sharing football tickets so someone else could enjoy Naval Academy game, and undoubtedly opening his home to many midshipmen. Dennis enjoyed making others happy. It seemed to bring him joy. I enjoyed his casual conversations each morning and always tuned in to hear one of his many intriguing stories. Thank you Dennis for allowing me to be a part of your journey. You will be missed dearly. Rest in peace.
