George was always such a kind man, giving of his time and talents to all who asked. I will always fondly remember his help during Vacation Bible School when our theme was the wall that Joshua knocked down. Very meticulously, George wrapped hundreds of empty boxes with wrapping paper so that each box looked like it was made of ancient stones. The kids loved knocking down that wall! I have a wooden cross hand made by George hanging by my front door, a kind gesture of his that I will always treasure.While it is sad to know you are gone, George, at least you are finally home and pain free at last.
