We are very sorry to hear that Leon has passed on. I had the pleasure of working with him for many years at Sussex County Council. He was a dedicated, thorough and trusted employee, and a friend. I am sorry that I did not spend more time with him during the last few years.
He certainly did maintain his yard well! I remember him talking about how much he and Janis enjoyed their trips to Lancaster.
