Our deepest condolences, and many prayers are sent to all of Vaughn’s family. Our Lowe family spent many happy times with Uncle Tobe, Aunt Delphine, and kids when we were younger, and our parents, Ralph and Helen, always thought the world of them, Vaughn and all the Oliphant family. My fondest memory of Vaughn is him and Wayne helping us transition Jeff’s garage into a home for my son Sean. He also came by and checked on mom a lot after Jeff’s passing. I’ll be forever grateful for that. We will miss you Vaughn. I’m sure Jeff and Donald were so happy to see you.
