Carol and I were shocked and saddened to learn that Bill has passed away. I first met Bill in 1974 when he prepared my 1973 taxes. After I joined Sussex Pines we played golf rounds together. He continued to do my taxes after we moved to New Hampshire. We moved back to Millsboro in 1979 and continued to work with Bill. He was one of the finest people I have known. He will be missed. We send our deepest condolences on this loss.
